Chemical Resistance

• Excellent resistance to water, aliphatic solvents, oils, fats, diluted inorganic acids, and alkalis.
• Moderate resistance to esters, ketones, and aromatic compounds.
• Not resistant to concentrated acids and chlorinated hydrocarbons.
• Fully weather-resistant.

Application Instructions

• No primer is necessary when applying BeSealed® fixing glue to a clean concrete surface.
• For the best adhesion, it is advisable to use a stable, clean surface free from dust, oil, and grease. If needed, cleaning with acetone or isopropanol is recommended.
• Optimal fixation is attained when the entire contact area of the water-swelling sealing bar is covered with glue.
• After applying the glue, the water-swelling sealing bar should be pressed down to ensure complete contact with the adhesive and achieve the best possible adhesion.

Storage Conditions

• Maximum storage period is 15 months from the production date, provided the product remains in its original, unopened carton.
• It is advisable to store the product in a dry, cool place with temperatures ranging from +5°C to +25°C.
