HYDROLOCK is a mechanically bonded Geosynthetic Clay Liner (GCL) composite, consisting of pulverised bentonite sandwiched between two layers of geotextile. It is suitable for use as a low-permeability waterproofing barrier.

Benefits:

• Appropriate for application as a fully bonded Type A waterproofing protection for new structures.
• Can be applied externally to concrete to establish an efficient barrier against the passage of liquid water, suitable for Grades 1 to 3 waterproofing protection requirements.

Applications:

When paired with 150mm properly designed concrete, HYDROLOCK is deemed suitable as a fully bonded Type A waterproofing protection for new structures. Additionally, HYDROLOCK can be applied externally to concrete to establish an effective barrier against the passage of liquid water, meeting the requirements for Grades 1 to 3 waterproofing protection.

Installation of HYDROLOCK should adhere to the product installation guidelines.

Handling & Storage Instructions:

Roll weights may exceed 20 kg, necessitating appropriate care and equipment for unloading and handling.

HYDROLOCK rolls should be stored on stable, level ground and stacked no higher than five rolls, without any other materials stacked on top. While packaged, the rolls can be stored outdoors but must be shielded from UV exposure.
