GP Sealant is an innovative expansion joint sealant and adhesive designed to ensure bubble-free curing even under extreme heat and humidity conditions. It boasts exceptional thixotropy, allowing for use in large voids without slumping.

The GP Sealant Applicator Gun is a precision tool designed for seamless application. Featuring an ergonomic handle for comfort during extended use, it ensures consistent extrusion rates under varying temperature and humidity conditions. The applicator is user-friendly, suitable for both seasoned professionals and novices alike.

Application Instructions:

• Preparation: Insert the sealant into the applicator gun. Trim the end of the sealant packaging and attach the nozzle, ensuring a minimum bead size of 5mm.
• Sealant Application: Apply GP Sealant into the joint or around RE-BAR penetrations, ensuring no air is trapped. Tool the sealant immediately after application for a smooth finish.
• Depth and Ratio: Maintain a width-to-depth ratio of 2:1, with a minimum depth of 10mm for optimal performance.
• The applicator gun: Designed for applying GP Sealant to seal RE-BAR penetrations effectively.

Handling & Storage Instructions:

• Package Details: Each box contains 15 unit 600cc GP Sealant units and an applicator gun.
• Shelf Life: 12 months once opened. Store in a cool, dry place.
