 Sikadur®-41+ is a versatile 3-component thixotropic epoxy mortar designed for patching, repairing, and strengthening concrete structures. With a unique formulation based on epoxy resins and special fillers, this mortar excels in structural concrete repair and enhancement, offering excellent adhesion to a variety of construction materials. Easy to mix and apply, it demonstrates remarkable performance in a wide range of applications.

Application:

• Structural Concrete Repair: Ideal for repairing spalling and damaged concrete in buildings, bridges, and infrastructure projects.
• Structural Strengthening: Enhances the bearing capacity of concrete structures by adding mortar (EN 1504-9, Method 4.4).
• Substrates for Repair: Concrete, natural stone, ceramics, fibre cement, mortar, brick masonry, steel, iron, wood.
• Reprofiling and Filling: Fills cavities, reprofiles corners and edges, suitable for vertical and overhead applications.
• Joint and Crack Filling: Effectively fills and seals joint and crack arrises, including non-structural static cracks.
