The Sympafix MS161000 Steel Mesh Sleeves are designed for reliable installation of chemical anchors in hollow and perforated building materials. These steel sleeves ensure proper resin flow and distribution by allowing the injection mortar to escape through the mesh, forming a hardened mortar plug within the brick’s cavities. This achieves a secure and durable bond where standard anchoring solutions may not be effective.

Supplied in a 1000mm length, the M16 sleeve can be cut to the required depth for each installation. Once cut, the bottom is folded over to contain the mortar. When filled and used with M10 or M12 threaded rods, the sleeve ensures excellent anchorage in hollow substrates such as perforated bricks and hollow blocks.

Designed for professional use with Sympafix injection mortars, these mesh sleeves help guarantee correct installation and optimal load transfer in challenging base materials.
