Flexseal Adaptor Couplings are manufactured to meet and exceed the changing requirements of the drainage marketplace. Adaptor Couplings provide a solution to connecting pipes of different outside diameters. The coupling is a stepped moulded EPDM sleeve that has different diameters at each end. The sleeve is fitted with two 1.4301 (304) stainless steel clamping bands.

Flexseal DC135 drain coupling with a shear banded seal, suitable for pipe with an outside diameter of 120mm to 135mm. Manufactured for EPDM rubber, incorporating a Grade 1 304 stainless steel shear band.

When excavation work is required to repair a damaged pipe, Flexseal Standard Couplings will reduce the amount of time required and minor differences in pipe diameter can be accommodated. The combination of a durable design and excellent sealing properties when tightened to the correct torque enable the Flexseal Standard Coupling to provide a reliable seal on rough pipe surfaces e.g. concrete, as well as on smooth surfaces e.g. PVC. Standard Couplings can be combined with Flexseal Bushes in order to act as an adaptor between pipelines of differingoutside diameters. Flexseal can also supply the product with nitrile sleeves for use with effluent which may be contaminated with hydrocarbons. Couplings are also available with Grade 1.4401 (316) stainless steel for improved corrosion protection.

The Fernco Adaptor Coupling 170-192mm 144-160mm x 100mm (W x Dia) Black is an integrated plumbing system with push fittings incorporated in pipes. It is manufactured from ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber and stainless steel. It is a fast, reliable and permanent fitting that provides a rigid fit with a permanent fix. This coupling has an inner diameter of 115mm. The product offers a one step joint process, with joint integrity assured by a high performance. It can only be demounted by dis assembly, reducing the risk of tampering.
