This is ideal when it’s unclear which pipe materials need to be connected as it will connect pipes of any standard wall thickness. For example a 100mm Multibush can act as a 3mm, a 6mm or a 9mm bush and connect a clay to PVC, clay to cast iron, ductile iron to twinwall and many more.

Manufactured using EPDM and moulded into a stepped sleeve, the Fernco Adaptor Coupling provides a universal solution for connecting PVC drainage pipes to cast iron, ductile iron and Supersleve pipes of varying diameters. The sleeve uses two 1.4401 (304) stainless steel clamping bands to secure the two systems together, and is compatible with plastic, cast iron, clay, concrete and steel pipes.

Flexseal can also supply the product with nitrile sleeves for use with effluent which may be contaminated with hydrocarbons. Couplings are also available with Grade 1.4401 (316) stainless steel for improved corrosion protection.

The Fernco Adaptor Coupling 170-192mm 144-160mm x 100mm (W x Dia) Black is an integrated plumbing system with push fittings incorporated in pipes. It is manufactured from ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber and stainless steel. It is a fast, reliable and permanent fitting that provides a rigid fit with a permanent fix. This coupling has an inner diameter of 115mm. The product offers a one step joint process, with joint integrity assured by a high performance. It can only be demounted by dis assembly, reducing the risk of tampering.
